Аннотация
Одним из фундаментальных социальных процессов, обусловленных всемирным демографическим переходом, является увеличение числа пожилых людей с признаками возрастных изменений и даже хроническими неврологическими заболеваниями. Подобные патологии относятся к социальным, так как оказывают глубокое влияние на когнитивные функции и физические способности значительной части населения, более того они имеют длительную доклиническую фазу. В связи с этим формируется общественный запрос на реализацию профилактических мер для групп высокого риска и населения в целом, что может снизить бремя неврологических заболеваний, несущее серьёзную угрозу для системы здравоохранения, а также устойчивого развития всех стран. Необходимо учитывать, что даже физиологическое старение сопряжено с ухудшением памяти, потерей критического мышления, снижением скорости принятия решений. Огромное влияние на когнитивное здоровье населения в последние годы оказывают также процессы компьютеризации, информатизации и цифровизации. В связи с этим старение мозга и угасание когнитивных функций перестают быть исключительно возрастными и медицинскими проблемами и становятся глобальными социальными вызовами, затрагивающими все группы населения. Сложившаяся ситуация требует междисциплинарной и межсекторной кооперации управленцев, врачей, учёных для разработки комплексных стратегий сохранения когнитивного здоровья населения, включающих оценку функциональной активности головного мозга, раннюю диагностику, профилактику и терапию отклонений, что, в свою очередь, требует социологической диагностики и социологического обеспечения. Помимо запуска госпрограмм поддержки когнитивного здоровья, серьёзная задача состоит в повышении информированности населения, мотивации к сохранению когнитивного здоровья, привития культуры здорового образа жизни, соблюдения принципов информационной гигиены и соблюдения режимов сна труда и отдыха, необходимых для когнитивного долголетия. В данной статье коллектив авторов сосредоточился на актуализации проблемы когнитивного старения в России и рассмотрел возможные варианты её решения на примере успешных практик в мире и собственных разработок.
